American College of Osteopathic Pediatricians (ACOP)
Mission: The NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine Pediatric Organization aspires to provide unwavering service to both local and underprivileged children and their communities. Through the faculty and NYCOMEC hospital system our organization actively seeks out educational and service opportunities to enhance our medical school experience in order to staying connected with the children around us. Each member of our organization has an ambitious and unyielding drive towards becoming an Osteopathic Pediatric Physician, and our dedication and drive shows through the incredible work we do.

Our Chapter: Some events include monthly meetings with guest lecturers, Swim-a-thon, Adopt A Class, Ronald McDonald House dinners, Mini-Med School with Citizen Schools NY, St. Baldricks fundraiser for children with cancer, Boys & Girls Club Community Plunge, robotics and OMM workshops.
