American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians (ACOFP)

Mission: The American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians was founded in 1950 and currently represents 20,000 students and DO’s specializing in Family Medicine and OMT. It provides a nationwide network for osteopathic medical students to connect with attending physicians, residents and other students; allowing them many individual growth opportunities. The ACOFP continues to ensure the excellence of osteopathic family medicine through leadership, advocacy, and education.

    • Important Topics in Geriatrics
    • The Residency Match Process
    • And many more
  • Splinting and Ingrown Nail Removal Workshops and other co-sponsorships.
  • Working with national organizations such as DOCARE to raise funds for their causes.
  • Working with nursing homes and equestrian volunteer groups to contribute to the community and gain TOUCH points.
