On Tuesday, September 25th, ACOFP volunteered at the Bronx Food Distribution Warehouse for the first time ever, helping to make food packages for distribution to different food banks around New York City from 9:30am to 12:30pm. During the event, 40 students worked together, making and moving packages of different foods that would later go to food pantries and community kitchens supplying people in need. That day we packaged 6,641 meals in a just few hours. Thank you to Dr. Watson for joining and helping us out during this event as well!
