The MSA held its Eid Banquet on Octoboer 30th, 2013 from 5:30 – 8:00 pm in William Auditorium.
The night’s events started with an afternoon prayer. This was followed by an introduction to what the holiday means to Muslims who celebrate it, and how such remembrance should take part in our daily lives. In addition, some students chose to give talks on religion and how it played into their lives as people and as medical students.
The event was highly successful and involved students of many different cultural and religious ethnicities. We have confidence that the success shown by this event will be carried into future years.
